Important Overflow Hotel Information

Shuttle Schedule
Click here for shuttle arrangements to shuttle conference attendees throughout the day and evening between the Sheraton Suites and Sheraton Society Hill.

As you may know the Sheraton Society Hill is completely full!  During the course of the past several days we have come to find out that other conferences are being hosted in Philadelphia at the same time.  As a result, MOST hotels are filled to capacity with remaining rooms at extremely high rates.

Fortunately, the Sheraton Society Hill has partnered with their sister property – the Sheraton Suites Philadelphia Airport – to provide us with some additional capacity.  This is a very lovely hotel located directly off I-95 one mile from the Philly Airport.  They will guarantee us a room rate of $169/night (which is unbeatable at this point in time).

Here are the facts about the Sheraton Suites:

  1. The suites are all king size beds separate from a living area which has a pull out queen bed.
  2. There are double paned, soundproof windows so noise from the airport is not an issue.
  3. There is a free shuttle from the airport to this hotel.
  4. NEAIR is working out shuttle arrangements to shuttle conference attendees throughout the day and evening between the Sheraton Suites and Sheraton Society Hill.  The hotels are approximately 10 to 15 minutes apart depending on traffic.
  5. Parking at the Sheraton Suites is $5 versus $18 at the Sheraton Society Hill.

Feel free to try other hotels, but we have checked around and there is nothing in a reasonable price range any closer to the city.

Please call Jason Coyle at the Sheraton Suites at (215) 220-4687 to reserve your room in the NEAIR block at $169/night. If you call after 5pm, please leave him a voicemail message and he will respond to you the next morning.  Jason is handling our group and you should direct all reservation inquiries to him.

IF YOU HAVE ALREADY MADE A RESERVATION AT THE SHERATON SOCIETY HILL, BUT NEED TO ADD A DAY unfortunately you will either have to be split up between two hotels during your stay OR completely transfer your reservation to the Sheraton Suites.

IF YOU WERE QUOTED A RATE OF $309 AT THE SHERATON SOCIETY HILL, please know that your rate of $309 will NOT be lowered. The Sheraton Society Hill will not negotiate this rate. Please contact Beth Simpson at (302) 559-5638 if you were quoted a rate of $309 so that if we hear of a cancellation at the Sheraton Society Hill we can inform you of a lower rate that may become available.
