The Newport Conference is around the corner, and we need a few hands to help with the following jobs:
To Volunteer, please click on this link and select the job/s you prefer. Once you enter your first name, last name, and email, please look for an email confirmation.
"Ask Me" Volunteer - stationed at an intersection, a winsome smile and knowledgeable answer will help colleagues with "where are" and Whova mobile app questions.
Best Poster Judge - using your honed visualization skills, help select the Best Poster for this year's conference.
Dinner Group Leader - lead a small group of your colleagues on either Saturday or Monday night to a restaurant and continue the networking.
Photographer - got an artist's eye? snap pictures of key conference events and leaders.
Poster Clean Up Crew - take a few minutes to help dismantle the poster presentations at the end of Monday's program.
PowerTalks Moderator - keep the PowerTalks presenters on time with gentle reminders so transitioning to the next presenter goes smoothly.
Check-in & Information Desk - we need LOTS of you! with a warm smile, meet and greet your colleagues as they check into the conference.
Tweet Team - "Tweeters" push conference notifications and help amplify messages from other conference attendees on Twitter.
