Fees:  Schedule of Fees:

Membership:  Yes, an active NEAIR membership is required.  The Membership Fee is $85 and provides many membership benefitsTo make it easier, we give you the ability to add a NEAIR membership as part of the conference registration process.

Conference sponsorship helps keep conference registration fees down, as well as pay for meals and social breaks.  Some sponsorship levels include pre- and post-conference sponsor emails sent to conference registrants through the NEAIR mail server.  After the conference, you may receive emails about sponsorship products and services, which you are able to delete or unsubscribe yourself from if not interested.
Connecting Colleagues:  Program content and networking are the two top reasons conference attendees choose a particular conference.  While you’re at the conference, you can connect with folks at any point – there will likely always be someone standing or sitting right next to you! Strike up a conversation with the person next to you at a session, say hello to someone getting a glass of lemonade. Although it can sometimes feel awkward, if you approach the conversation with general interest in learning more about the person, it makes for a good experience for all.  Be sure to bring lots of business cards to exchange with your colleagues.  And, invite someone to sit with you at a meal or go to a session together through the invite feature of the Whova app.

Meals– NEAIR believes that providing meals via a blanket conference registration fee is a key component for many conference attendees. The following meals are included in your conference registration fee:  Sunday Reception and Dinner, Monday breakfast, Monday Annual Business lunch, Tuesday breakfast, Monday and Tuesday breaks.

NEAIR does not pay for any alcohol but cash bars will be available.

Internet –  Dedicated internet will be provided for NEAIR conference attendees who book their hotel reservations at the Newport Marriott.

Presenting and need internet?  Conference Planners have secured internet in all the meeting space.  However, please note the bandwidth is not strong enough to access VPN, download software and documents from websites, or stream music or videos

Pre-Conference Workshop Presenter?  Be sure to check with the Pre-Conference Workshop Coordinator as dedicated internet required special arrangements.
