#NEAIR19

This year’s conference theme, “Riding the Waves of Change: IR as the Nexus for Strategy and Sustainability” focuses on positioning ourselves at the center of decision-making at our institutions. We invite you to be a part of this important conversation.

THE CALL FOR PROPOSALS WILL OPEN MARCH 25, BUT IT’S NEVER TOO EARLY TO START THINKING ABOUT PRESENTING!

Want to lead a conference session or pre-conference workshop but think “all of the good topics are taken”? Or, “everyone already knows what I know”?  SO….NOT….TRUE!  Here are some topics requested by your colleagues that relate to the conference theme:

Advanced methodology/statistics Getting a seat at the table
Cross-functional/
departmental collaboration
Crisis IR (you’re in the news…
and not in a good way!)
Strategies for engaging stakeholders Non-Tableau data visualization
Presentation skills College rankings
Employer surveys/
survey response issues
IR in the era of big data/
machine learning

Of course, we also invite proposals and welcome sessions on ongoing issues of importance like data governance, data-informed decision making, student success, creating office efficiencies, assessment, accreditation, technology……. Consider collaborating with colleagues – your office’s, those in other departments you work with, and/or those at other institutions. Presentation formats include speaker sessions, panels, discussion groups, and posters.

You don’t want to miss the 46th Annual NEAIR Conference and Jon McGee’s talk– mark your calendars now: November 2 – 5, 2019.
