Thank you for your sponsorship of the upcoming conference.  Below is key information about program timing, shipping information, and registering representatives.

Exhibitor Sponsor Representative Registration:
All NEAIR sponsors receive one complimentary conference registration.  All reps must be registered by October 23rd.  Registration includes dinner on Monday, breakfast and breaks on Monday and Tuesday, and lunch on Monday and Tuesday. 

To register, select the Register Here button below and enter the email address of the attending rep.  If the attending rep is not in our system, then they will need to join NEAIR.  Membership is free - click JOIN NEAIR.

Hotel Information:
NEAIR has reserved a block of rooms at the rate of $155 (single/double) at the Holiday Inn by the Bay.  


Presentation Sessions (Platinum and Gold Sponsors):
Please make sure NEAIR receives your presentation session information.  Contact J.R. Bjerklie.

Exhibit Hall:
The Exhibit Hall is in the Casco Bay Exhibit Hall, which will be the center of poster presentations, breaks and receptions.

Booths:
Each exhibitor will receive a six-foot table with two chairs, a power-strip and a wastebasket.  There will be complimentary wi-fi in the Exhibition Hall.  If you need dedicated internet or audiovisual equipment or services, please contact:

Shipping Information:
Exhibitor sponsor materials are to arrive at the hotel no earlier than Thursday, November 3rd.

Address incoming boxes and display items to:

        At the conclusion of the conference, exhibitors should plan to fully pack and label outbound boxes and leave them at
        your table.  The Portland hotel team will pick them up from there and transport them to the loading dock for pickup.

Program Information:


Sunday, November 13th
        12:00 PM        Exhibitors may begin setting up booths
        4:00 PM          Exhibitors MUST be set up in Exhibition Hall
        5:30 PM          Reception in Casco Bay Exhibit Hall

Monday, November 14th and Tuesday, November 15th

        We will announce the Exhibitor Sponsor Raffle at the Tuesday closing panel.  Attendees can only get tickets by coming to
        your booth throughout the conference and either leaving their contact information or asking a good questions.  The raffle item
        is a $300 Visa card.

        NEAIR runs concurrent sessions including the Platinum abd Gold power talk sessions throughout both days.  We will close the
        Exhibit Hall after our closing break on Tuesday at 3:00 PM; booths must be broken down by 4:00 PM.
